The MEXT Undergrad Math practice eBook will help you prepare for the monbusho mathematics exam. This is a dedicated prep eBook to assist you in understanding and efficiently training for this test. It is detailed, and elaborate, with step-by-step solutions that focus on exercises from the past MEXT undergrad exams.
The book is divided into four parts. Firstly, you have some theory and extra practice. The second part comprises the actual MEXT tests given over nine years for both A and B courses. Overall, this is a great book to use when you prepare for the MEXT maths exam. I was happy with the detailed solutions and explained theory. I could easily understand most of them. However, there are a few negative things as well. I found a few mistakes within the book; some theory doesn’t have any extra practice or it is not explained more in detail; there are a few missing exercises, but I asked for an updated version, so this problem is almost solved.
